Minimum of five years serving experience and must have training experience. Bartending experience is a plus. For servers: Safe Staff Certified is a plus and must be able to carry multiple plates. For bartenders: TIPS Course Certification is a plus and must be able to handle mixing multiple drinks at a time. For both: must be able to do heavy lifting, move swiftly, and have good customer rapport. Must have own transportation, be reliable and honest. Excellent references required. FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGERS
Looking for qualified individuals to be front of house managers (MOD). This position will require applicants to deal directly with the guests, actors, and serving staff. Applicants will need to assist the serving staff and run tech on some shows with minimal sound and light cues. Experience in one or more of these areas is a must. Applicants must be organized, have good people skills and be able to handle customer and employee issues. Must be available for nights and weekends and reliable transportation is a must.
Looking for qualified individuals to be stage technicians. The stage technician is responsible for setting up and striking the set for each show, preparing and maintaining all props, testing and maintaining all sound and lighting equipment, and running tech on all shows (including live body mics). This position will require applicants to deal directly with the actors, guests, and serving staff. Experience in one or more of these areas is a must. Applicants must be organized, have good people skills and be able to handle all technical issues comfortably. Reliable transportation is a must. Applicants must be available from 4pm to 10pm at least four nights a week (including Fridays & Saturdays).
