Q: Are the shows appropriate for children?

A: We have children of all ages attend every night. We rate our shows PG as there is no graphic violence, four letter words or nudity. There are sexual innuendoes as you would see on prime time television. As such, it’s a parental choice.

Q: Can I get a meal for my toddler?

A: Children under 3 are free. However you can purchase a meal for your child for an additional fee just ask our friendly reservationist at 407-363-1985 for the price.

Q: Do you offer special group rates?

A: Yes! We offer special group rates for parties of 15 or more guests. We have group rates for corporate groups, student groups, senior groups, religious groups and family groups just to name a few. Please contact our group sales team at 407-363-1985 or check out the group rates at www.sleuths.com, click on the “Groups” tab.

Q: Do you do anything special for birthdays or anniversaries?

A: Yes! Let us know the first name of your birthday person or anniversary couple and we will present them with a fun gift during the dessert break. You can also purchase for a small charge our special 6” all-occasion cake that is both white and chocolate cake with a buttercream frosting and sprinkles.

Q: Is it the same show every night?

A: No, we offer 14 different mystery shows that rotate throughout the month. We try to offer a different show each day of the week so you can come back more than once during a single week and see a different show!

Q: Is the parking free?

A: Yes, the parking is free in our parking lot as well as in the parking garage.

Q: Are there any steps?

A: There are no steps in the dining rooms or into the lobby, plus there are ramps for our sidewalk.

Q: Do you offer Vegetarian and Vegan entrees?

A: Yes, we have a plain cheese lasagna with a vegetable side for our vegetarians. For our Vegans we offer zucchini and squash noodles with marinara sauce, vegetable side and choice of baked or sweet potato (choice of potato due at time of reservation.)

Q: Do you offer gluten free meals?

A: Yes, our prime rib dinner entree is naturally gluten free. You can also ask for the Cornish hen entrée without the stuffing. Please let us know that you have an allergy when making the reservation as well as telling your server! The salad will be preset with croutons, so your server will need to get you another salad. We offer fruit for dessert or many times we will have a crust-less key lime pie.

Q: Do you offer kosher meals?

A: We do not have a kosher kitchen or kosher meals.

Q: Do you have a fish entrée?

A: No we are limited service restaurant.

Q: Do you have French fries?

A: No we are limited service restaurant.

Q: Can we get the kid meal for an older child or an adult?

A: It is not recommended as it is a child’s portion but you can request it. Please be aware that it is a child’s portion and the meal cannot be increased in size. There is no discount for a guest age 12 or above who orders a child’s meal instead of an adult meal.

Q: Can I choose my meal when I get there?

A: No. We need your meals in advance so we can have your choice of entrée prepared.

Q: Can we order different sides or the macaroni and cheese with our entrees?

A: We cannot mix and match sides and the macaroni and cheese are specifically for the child’s meal and cannot be used in an adult meal.

Q: Can I order my prime rib at a certain temperature?

A: The prime rib is cooked to the temperature medium which is pink in the middle. If you would like it cooked more, you can ask your server and they will do their best to accommodate your request.

Q: Why isn’t the prime rib charge included in my prepaid tickets?

A: The prime rib is an upcharge and must be paid at the door. We do not include the charge in any of our prepaid tickets.

Q: Does prime rib have rib bones?

A: No. Prime rib is a side of beef with no bones cooked to the temperature medium and then sliced as it is served, so it’s served as a steak.

Q: Can we see the show and not eat?

A: Yes. Please be advised that you may be seated with guests who are eating, as 99.9% of our audience comes for the show and dinner. Please let our friendly reservationist know when making your reservation.

Q: Is there a discount if we don’t drink the unlimited beer and wine?

A: No the cost would be the same either way.

Q: Can I pay in advance?

A: You can buy your tickets at www.sleuths.com, click BUY TICKETS and follow the prompts. If you do not wish to purchase tickets online, you can wait and pay for them at the door. Don’t forget to make reservations at 407-363-1985!

Q: Is there VIP seating for an extra charge or good seats?

A: We have intimate dining room theatres so there is no VIP seating available. In our largest of our three theatres, the farthest table is just 42 feet from the stage so really all seats are good seats.

Q: Why do we have to arrive so early?

A: In order for us to check in all of our guests and seat all of guests it does take some time so we do ask that you arrive at the designated arrival time.

Q: What should I wear? Do I have to dress up?

A: We recommend that you dress from casual clothing to something a little dressier, it’s really up to you! The theatres can be chilly so feel free to bring a light jacket or sweater. Many of our guests come from the parks so we do not enforce a dress code.

Q: I don’t see any shows listed for future dates, are you still open? What show is playing?

A: We are open seven days a week, 365 days a year! However, we only designate the actual show that will be playing on a particular night approximately one to two months in advance. Our reservationists will be able to make your reservation for future dates and tell you the show time, they just will not always be able to tell which show is playing.

Q: Are there any discounts for the show?

A: By booking on our website at www.sleuths.com you will get a discount. We also offer discounts for senior citizens, college students and military active and retired. Call 407-363-1985 and ask our reservationist for more information.

Q: Do you offer a Florida Resident Discount?

A: Yes, with a current Florida ID you will receive a special discount off the regular admission price for up to 6 guests. For current Florida Resident Discounts, call our knowledgeable reservationists at 407-363-1985.

Q: What time does the 7:30 PM show start?

A: We strive to start the show exactly at 7:30 PM. Please plan to arrive at the designated arrival time (for example: 6:30 PM) to allow sufficient time to check in, be seated and get your drinks.

Q: Can I still come if I am running late and cannot arrive until after the show has begun?

A: We strive to start the shows on time and we do not “hold” the show for late guests. However, you are welcome to still attend. Upon arrival our staff will do their best to seat you quickly and quietly and the wait staff will be with you as soon as possible.

Q: Do you offer Gift Certificates?

A: Yes we do! Visit us at www.sleuths.com, click on “Prices.” Under the “Gift Certificate” heading there is a printable .pdf. Please print that page, complete the information and follow the instructions of using a credit card or debit card and then either email us at [email protected] or fax it back to 407-352-1743. We try to process all gift certificate orders on the same day as they are received, but it can take up to 48 hours. We will then mail regular US mail to the address provided. US mail can take up to 9 days and we have no control over when it will arrive. You may request other forms of shipping for an additional cost or pick them up in the box off with prearrangement.
